The Beginners Guide will cover the history of traps, what they are and how they work. The camera trap being used in the 'My Wild Life' project will be covered in more detail along with the basics of setting up, where to locate your trap and what to do with the images and videos on your camera.

This event is one of a series BIS are running to promote the wildlife that makes its home within the Brecon Beacons National Park (BBNP) and is thanks to funding from the Brecon Beacons National Park and CLIF bar. Although its focus is on the BBNP and promoting wildlife to individuals and communities within the Park the topics covered will be equally valid across Wales and the UK.
