This months squares are near; Beulah (VC42), New Radnor (VC43) & Newtown (VC47).
All lack recent records, having none in the last 10 years (since 2010). Most are under-recorded for all time too.

VC42 Brecknockshire - SN9350 - Ystrad Howel near Beulah
SN9350 is south east of Beulah and has a main road A483, minor road & public footpath for access. Parking is possible in two locations on the A483. Nearest postcode is LD5 4YD, which will take you to Beulah.
There are only 12 all time records in total, of 12 species. Most are from 1987 with the most recent sighting from 1996.

VC43 Radnorshire - SO2259 - Long Nursery Coppice, near New Radnor
SO2259 is south east of New Radnor and has a minor road, byway & public footpath for access, allowing a circular walk. Parking is possible at Yardro. Nearest postcode is LD8 2AZ, which will take you to New Radnor
There are only 3 all time non-sensitive records in total, of 3
species. Two are from 1978 with the most recent sighting from 2009.

VC47 Montgomeryshire - SO1491 - Glascoed near Newtown
SO1491 is east of Newtown and has a minor road & public footpaths for access. These enable a circular walk. Parking is possible within the square. Nearest postcode is SY15 6NS, which will take you north west of the square on the minor road.
There are only 11 all time records in total, of 9 species. Most are from 2009.
